Scales are computerized for calibrated accuracy daily. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices contribute to the highest degree of excellence in our fruit processing. Our Quality Control ensures that all processed product is clean, safe, and delivered to the most demanding customer specification standards of quality. We have an in house micro-biological laboratory where we test all our products to insure they are safe and ready to eat before leaving our facility.
