Infused Dried Strawberry

Product Description

This product is made by infusing premium quality whole strawberries in a sugar solution, then drying the product down to a predetermined moisture content and/or water activity range. The product is then introduced to an application of sunflower oil. The finished product is then analyzed and visually inspected for quality.
